“I have never had a pt and was always scared to push myself and from seeing Remy's passion for his own fitness really made me think he was the right pt for me! I have done 2 sessions a week with remy for 2 weeks and can honestly say I have enjoyed every single one! He has got me using equipment in the gym that I have never dreamed of using explaining thoroughly and demonstrating the correct way I should be performing, and making them fun!
Don't get me wrong it's hard but that's what I want and needed becuase I would have just stopped or even left the gym! So I know I'm in good hands and can't wait for the results as each session I'm getting stronger and can always feel it in the right places!

Since I’ve started with remy as a beginner for me this regime has doubled my confidence levels with not only in the gym but easy dietary plans I can stick to and also endurance training which i have never been great at . He has shown me determination to push my self to a different level I’ve always trained myself but since training with remy at waterside I feel like I’m able to work to levels I never thought I could this has really helped me to be at my highest peak in all of my gym exercises I would highly recommend him for 1 to 1 sessions if your looking to make a change for yourself in all aspects it has been well Worfit.
Remy’s knowledge on how to transform your body is definitely reliable enough to get you to your target. For example for a long time I’ve struggled to find the best exercises to develop my abs but until he gave me a well disciplined routine, diet & very encouraging and motivating advise I began to see amazing results in a matter of 3 to 4 weeks and I was really confident and grateful for the new look! I found it hard to walk around at home with a top on lool. Furthermore, I definitely would recommend anyone who is thinking on setting themselves a target to get in contact with Remy because he is your personal trainer to make the difference in your life!
I have had many PT trainers over time but nothing on what Remy offers! Remy is knowledgeable, attentive and motivating. Remy always pieces together a workout that really pushes me to my limits. I have trained for years, yet have never felt the benefits physically and mentally more than now that im training with Remy! I had a baby 7 months ago and believe this is the push i needed to get my body back into shape. It is just 2 weeks into my fitness journey with remy and i have already lost half a stone. He has provided me with nutrition advice, an exercise program to commit to out of our PT sessions and hes always available for general advice out of the gym!

I’ve been having weekly pt sessions with Remy for a couple of months now he definitely knows his stuff, I feel relaxed when training with him as he listens to what I want to focus on and plans the sessions around that. I’m new to lifting weights and he’s been showing me techniques rather than just rushing me into stuff I’m not comfortable with, which I’ve experienced in the past from other pts.
He goes above and beyond, doesn’t rush the sessions until I’ve finished my work out rather than pushing you for time!! Given advice on diet plans etc.. I’m feeling a lot stronger since training with remy and i would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to see physical results!! Thanks again
